The Good Councillor’s Guide
The Good Councillor’s Guide is a must read for any aspiring, new and not so new parish or town councillor. It is written in a user-friendly style that clearly highlights the most important aspects of councillorship. The guide is also a useful read for clerks as it gives a very clear overview of council meetings and procedures.
This Third Edition was published in March 2011 to reflect all the regulatory and practical changes that have an impact on parish and town councils.
