Northants CALC eUpdate – May/June 2010

This latest edition of the Association’s newsletter includes a major article on persistent complainers that many councils have to deal with at one time or another.  The article includes practical tips for dealing with complaints and signposts to sources of further reading.  There is also an update on the Northamptonshire Councils’ Charter and a reminder of the Local Councils Conference to be held on 16 June 2010 at Towcester Racecourse.
